Requirements:
- Installation, servicing, and on-site repair of bathroom products.
- Conducting on-site technical training for contractors/plumbers on product installation.
- Timely testing and commissioning of installed bathroom products for project handovers.
- Documentation of service work and project status for tracking purposes.
- Reporting of defective products to HQ.
- Supporting after-sales service and attending to client service requests, including urgent cases outside normal working hours (evenings/weekends).
Requirements:
- Preferably at least 1 year experience in related industry or trade (plumbing, sanitary fixtures).
- Valid driving license.
- Able to communicate in bilingual.
- Logical thinking with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn and grow within the role.
- Strong team player, with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Willing to be on standby for urgent service requests outside of normal working hours.
