Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Support Project Manager in overall site coordination, planning and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with work schedules, specifications, and safety/quality standards.
• Prepare and manage technical submissions such as method statements, work plans, reports and risk assessments.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical issues, and verify progress for billing or claims purposes.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to maintaining timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Assist in maintaining documentation and project records in accordance with project and company requirements.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the project or site management team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering approved by PE Board
• At least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Work closely with project team to resolve technical issues
• Good attitude and communication skills
