We are seeking a skilled and experienced CCTV Technician for maintenance and repair of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and physical security systems. As a security professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing security and surveillance for our clients by deploying and maintaining state-of-the-art physical security systems and equipment and providing exceptional technical support.

• Perform routine maintenance of CCTV systems to ensure functionality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras, wiring, and recording devices.
• Replace faulty components and repair or replace damaged cables as needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Provide technical support to clients, assisting with system operation, user training, and troubleshooting.
• Respond to service requests promptly and address any issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of system configurations, installations, and service history.
• Prepare reports on CCTV system performance and recommendations for improvements.
