We are seeking an experienced Engineer to lead the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of pumps and motors for our industrial clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all pump and motor systems are designed, installed, and maintained to meet client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and specify pumps and motors for industrial applications

2. Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and existing infrastructure

3. Develop and implement installation, testing, and maintenance plans for pumps and motors

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

5. Troubleshoot pump and motor issues and provide corrective actions

6. Develop and maintain technical documentation and records

7. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies

8. Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians

9. Manage and mentor a team of technicians and engineers

10. Continuously monitor and improve pump and motor performance, efficiency, and reliability

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in pump and motor design, installation, and maintenance

3. Strong knowledge of pump and motor principles, design, and operations

4. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., API, ASME, IEEE)

5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

6. Ability to work independently and lead a team

7. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

8. Proficient in CAD design and simulation software (e.g., Autodesk, SolidWorks)

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Mechanical Engineering or related field

2. Professional Engineer

3. Experience with condition monitoring and predictive maintenance techniques

4. Familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainability principles

5. Certification in pump and motor design, installation, or maintenance (e.g., API, ASME)
