Key Responsibilities Requirements

• Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Configure entities, workflows, business rules, and plugins to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Participate in Dynamics 365 migration projects (on-premise to cloud or SaaS).
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using Power Platform, Azure services, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365.
• Maintain documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, Plugin development, and Custom Workflows.
• Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques (KingswaySoft, SSIS, etc.).
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 security model and role-based access control.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
