Position: Technology Development Manager - RFSOI

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Development Manager to lead innovation and process development in our RFSOI technology platform. This role is pivotal in advancing RF front-end solutions for wireless communication, 5G, IoT, and satellite applications. You will collaborate across engineering, product, and manufacturing teams to deliver cutting-edge RF SOI technologies that meet performance, reliability, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of RFSOI process technologies, including device architecture, substrate engineering, and RF performance tuning.
• Define and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Collaborate with design teams to co-optimize RF device performance and layout for high-volume manufacturing.
• Drive yield improvement, reliability testing, and failure analysis for RFSOI products.
• Interface with fab teams to scale new technologies from R&D to production.
• Evaluate emerging materials, process modules, and device structures to enhance RF performance.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Present technical updates and strategic plans to executive leadership and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Physics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in RF semiconductor technology development, with a strong focus on SOI platforms.
• Deep understanding of RF device physics, modeling, and characterization (e.g., S-parameters, NF, IP3, PAE).
• Proven track record in developing and transferring RF technologies to high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
