Key Responsibilities:

• Design, monitor, and optimize manufacturing and automation processes.
• Lead process improvement initiatives for precision electronics assembly and testing.
• Analyze production data to enhance efficiency, yield, and quality.
• Troubleshoot and provide engineering solutions for production and equipment issues.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and R&D teams to implement innovative automation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cleanroom standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, precision electronics, or automation preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of industrial safety, quality standards, and process optimization.
• Soft Skills: Must be proactive and possess strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with upstream and downstream teams
• With willingness for international business travel
