Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Aluminium Window & Door Specialist to join our aluminium and glass solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of aluminium windows, doors, and glass systems, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on expertise in aluminium systems, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver reliable solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, and glazing systems.
• Inspect site conditions, take accurate measurements, and ensure proper alignment and finishing.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, technical diagrams, and specifications.
• Provide customised solutions to meet client requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on completed works to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement of aluminium and glass systems when required.
• Collaborate with production, design, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain tools and equipment, and ensure proper handling of aluminium and glass materials.
• Follow workplace safety standards and company regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the aluminium and glass industry.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium window, door, and glass installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical documents.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-conscious and able to work at heights if required.
• Certificate in Construction, Building, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
