Requirements:
- Develop systems design, programming and selection of equipment instrumentation and controls.
- Prepare and review I&C specifications, requirements, and drawings, e.g. instrument lists and datasheets/specifications, ICA panels, control valve, process functional description and SLD
- Responsible for Control Schematic drawings, and programming of SCADA/HMI necessary modification of the existing programme.
- Participate in the development of P&ID, package specifications, logic diagrams, cause & effects, control narratives
- Prepare RFQs, and technical bid summaries and make purchase recommendations
- Lead and Interface with suppliers, clients, and other engineers on ICA
- Execution of projects.
- Startup, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of plants
- Preparation and support tender team for tender and proposal activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably with experiences in Instrumentation and Control.
- Knowledge in Instrumentation and Control.
- Knowledge of high-end Fieldbus communication (eg. Profibus, Modbus and other high-end communication protocols).
- Knowledge of control, schematics, motor controls and materials take-off.
- Experienced in AutoCAD
- Experienced in leading brands of PLC from Mitsubishi / Siemens / Schneider / Omron PLC software would be an advantage.
- Those with relevant project management, process design, and service & maintenance experience will be an added advantage
- Ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions
