Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming, in-process, and outgoing products in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Record, update, and maintain inspection results, quality reports, and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the QA Engineer in managing customer complaints and product returns by collecting data and preparing reports.
- Organize and maintain inspection records and documentation to support internal and external audits.
- Monitor production quality, identify non-conformances, and promptly report issues to the supervisor.
- Perform other quality-related duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or NITEC in Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or quality assurance roles.
- Basic knowledge of inspection processes and measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
