Job Responsibilities

- Daily QC Oversight - support the Quality Manager in supervising QC inspectors and enforcing adherence to inspection SOPs

- First Article and New Product Inspection

- Review of Quality Documentation & Customer Submission

- Participate in internal / external audit on systems and processes (AS 9100 QMS)

- Work with the team / supplier to resolve non-conformance issues

- Enforce practices of good safety culture and good manufacturing practices.

- Ensure all quality plans are properly documented and maintained.

- Facilitate the implementation of quality system in the organisation.

- Review inspection Report, COC before releasing to customers

- Monitoring quality control and assurance processes.

- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Qualifications/Requirement:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or QC in a precision machining environment
• Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 systems and management preferred
• Experience working with ERP/QMS systems for quality documentation

Required Competencies

• Good knowledge in quality metrology and measurement equipment

• Familiar with AS9100 standards, QMS documentation, and First Article requirements

• Capable of reading and interpreting complex mechanical drawings and specifications

• Knowledge of CMM measurement principles and quality reporting formats

• Strong communication skills for internal coordination and customer-facing situations
