Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support Product Failure Analysis, Physical Characterization and Quality Control in a semiconductor environment. The role involves operating laboratory equipment, ensuring accurate measurements, maintaining a cleanroom environment and supporting calibration and measurement cycles. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates or those with prior laboratory experience to grow in a high-tech setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate laboratory equipment following SOPs for Product Failure Analysis, Physical Characterization and Quality Control.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory tool quality through SPC checks and IMTE calibration.
• Perform calibrations and complete measurement cycles efficiently.
• Follow strict laboratory procedures and cleanroom protocols.
• Maintain a safe, organized and clean laboratory environment.
• Participate in special projects or tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Diploma in Physics, Material Science or a related Engineering field.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in a laboratory or semiconductor environment; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with SEM/EDX or SRP is a plus.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts and support overtime as required.

Working Hours

• 12-hour rotational shifts: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm / 8:00 pm - 8:00 am
• 15 working days per month
