Location: Tampines

Salary: up to 7K

Responsibilities:

• \tManage and lead the Test Engineering team to conduct all activities related to Server & Rack products

• \tCollaborate with stakeholders, including customers, to implement and maintain the test program.

• \tProvide technical guidance on process improvements and the introduction of new projects for stakeholders.

• \tAssist operations in solving and improving production-related technical or process issues.

• \tConduct training for team members to enhance their skills.

• \tActively participate in Kaizen activities

• \tEngage in ISO and RBA-related activities

• \tPerform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

• \tDiploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline
• \tMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a server, rack, or manufacturing environment
• \tKnowledge of SAP & Linux
• \tGood understanding of testing methods and concepts
• \tKnowledge of programming and debugging skills
• \tProven experience in tracking and analyzing online and offline issues to develop improved testing strategies and implement measures for enhancing product quality.
