About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented AV Project & Support Engineer to manage and support Audio Visual (AV) solutions. This role involves end-to-end project execution of visual technologies such as digital signage, LED video walls, smart office systems, IPTV, and AV network infrastructure. You will work closely with internal teams, technology partners, and external contractors to ensure successful delivery of projects and outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal Sales and Technical teams, as well as external stakeholders including consultants, contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers.
• Interpret and produce schematic and technical AV drawings.
• Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and changes in scope.
• Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) and project documentation.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and technical troubleshooting of AV systems.
• Deliver engaging product demos and end-user training on deployed solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and technical proposals.
• Research and evaluate new AV technologies to enhance the company's offerings.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Educational Qualifications:

• Min. ITE/Diploma
• Preferably with background in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual with some industry experience

Experience:

• Preferably with experience of Project Management role in implementing Audio Visual solutions
• Pro-active with a willing to learn and can-do attitude
• Able to work independently in the fast moving and challenging environment
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Photoshop and basic networking knowledge are a plus
• Strong coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
