Requirements
- Manage and support ICT infrastructure (network, servers, backup, desktop).
- Oversee data centre and server room operations to ensure service continuity.
- Execute infrastructure projects and enhancements in collaboration with teams and vendors.
- Monitor, maintain, and resolve infrastructure issues with service providers.
- Handle procurement, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Support application systems and architecture governance to ensure sustainable operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in enterprise ICT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of network/server technologies and infrastructure security.
- Experience in data centre operations, vendor management, and networking.
- Familiarity with government IT infrastructure (advantageous).
- Proactive, organised, and strong communication skills.
