Requirements
- Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with safety standards (WSH regulations).
- Conduct site inspections, identify and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, material usage logs, and manpower records.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for ongoing projects.
- Verify quantities and assist in preparing bills/claims for payment.
- Provide technical support and recommend solutions to overcome site challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma, experience in Construction, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building/construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, BIM tools) is an advantage.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work beyond stipulated hours, including weekends/public holidays, when project demands require.
