About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior AI & Power Platform Engineer / Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of intelligent automation and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and strong hands-on experience with AI/ML integration, Generative AI, and cloud-based AI services. In this role, you will lead solution delivery, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with business stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and innovative digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
• Integrate AI and ML models (Azure AI, OpenAI, Cognitive Services, custom ML models) into Power Platform and enterprise applications.
• Architect and implement low-code / no-code applications, workflows, chatbots, and dashboards to support business processes.
• Lead technical discussions and guide a small team of engineers while remaining hands-on with development.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, connectors, and APIs for seamless integration across enterprise systems.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with business users, data scientists, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and Microsoft ecosystem features, recommending adoption where relevant.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in Power Platform solution development.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and cloud-based AI services (Azure AI, Cognitive Services, OpenAI API, etc.).
• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, Python, or JavaScript for extending Power Platform capabilities.
• Solid understanding of API integration, REST/GraphQL services, Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
• Experience in cloud platforms (Azure preferred), data engineering concepts, and MLOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git for solution deployment and version control.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect or AI Engineer certification.
• Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale data governance and security frameworks.
• Background in leading digital transformation / automation programs.
