Job description:
- Bachelor or Diploma degree in engineering or similar yield.
- 5 years' work experience in semiconductor fabs taking care of equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshoot work. Experience with leader role will be added advantages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.
- Maintain detailed service reports and documentation of customer interactions and repairs.
- Positive & responsible attitude with team work spirit.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to provide feedback and improve product quality.
- Experienced in leading team/people
- Ability to speak Mandarin to liaise with overseas counterparts is highly preferred
Job description:
- Support N2 purge related tool installation progress to ensure proper set up, testing and commissioning to customer in semiconductor fabs.
- Diagnose issues and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers, ensuring they understand how to use equipment safely and effectively.
- Communicate with end users closely to ensure all matters related to tools are well taken care.
- Ensure compliance with established guidelines and standards for quality work.
- Travel is required to support oversea installation projects in USA for up to 3 months period.
- Product training will be provided
