Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and build relationships with customers during field visits.
- Manage on-site installation, repairs, maintenance and diagnose errors and technical problems and finding solutions for the installed equipment.
- Produce service reports.
- To be an active team player.
Requirements
- 3 years' experience in field servicing.
- Experience preferably in the repair and servicing of refrigeration systems and compressed air related equipment.
- Being familiar with hands-on installation and removal of valve and pipe fittings is an advantage.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test repair and service equipment.
- English literacy.
- Minimum qualification professional certificate (NiTEC) / technical diploma in mechanical / electrical / mechatronic engineering.
