About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in coordinating and executing building and M&E projects, ensuring smooth operations, timely delivery, and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, and updates to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate deployment of team members to maintain workflow efficiency across multiple sites.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to refine project timelines and resolve operational challenges.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all materials are properly filed, updated, and accessible.
- Prepare and submit quotations, invoices, and other project-related paperwork.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with WSH regulations during maintenance and site works.
- Support project meetings and provide updates to management and clients.
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as required to support project success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building, mechanical, or electrical project coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in teams.
- Good safety mindset with demonstrated WSH awareness and behavior.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
- Willing to travel across multiple work sites within Singapore.
