We specialize in engineering innovative solutions across mechanical, electrical/electronics, PLC, software & controls, and advanced analytic systems. Our mission is to enhance ultra-high vacuum (UHV) sputter machines through upgrades that improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reduce downtime, optimize operations and process capabilities, lower indirect material (IDM)/hardware/consumables costs, boost productivity, and ensure readiness for new product conversions. About the Role:

• Install, upgrade, and maintain state-of-the-art sputter systems.
• Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely completion within stipulated schedules.
• Actively participate in technical meetings and discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve both mechanical and electrical issues.
• Generate comprehensive reports, including daily updates, issue logs, and Closed Loop Corrective Actions (CLCA).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Software, Process, Launch, Maintenance, and Equipment Development Engineering.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers and technicians.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance system performance and refine working protocols.

Your Experience Includes:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field, with at least 3 years of pertinent experience.
• Proven experience in installing and maintaining high vacuum CVD/PVD systems in a cleanroom environment.
• Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities.
• Knowledge of Thin Film, PVD, CVD, Etch, Ion Beam, Ion Implantation, and Ultra-High Vacuum tools is a plus.
