We are seeking motivated Graduate Engineers to join our Automation team in the Life Sciences sector. This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates who are keen to build a career in pharmaceutical automation and digital manufacturing. The training will be provided, covering automation systems, GMP processes, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training programmes covering automation technologies and GMP regulations.
• Support automation project teams in system design, testing, documentation, and commissioning.
• Provide support in troubleshooting, change management, and system enhancements, while developing independent problem-solving capabilities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, IT) to deliver automation solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and validation records.
• Participate in process improvement and innovation initiatives to strengthen reliability, efficiency, and compliance in manufacturing and automation systems.
• Take on additional responsibilities as skills develop, with scope to grow into specialist or project-focused roles.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biomedical, or Instrumentation.
• Interest in automation, digital systems, and pharmaceutical/life sciences manufacturing.
