- Domain knowledge in BFSI, Retail Banking, Payments, and Wealth Management.
- Experience managing delivery in multi-vendor environments.
- Strong project management skills; certified in project management and Agile ways of working.
- Hands-on understanding of software development, testing, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with fixed-price engagements, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
- Familiarity with IT outsourcing models and commercial engagement frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and productivity improvement techniques.
- Experience participating in RFPs, bid processes, and vendor transitions.
Soft Skills / Leadership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with senior client stakeholders.
- Ability to present reports and articulate project status in senior management forums.
- Strong team player with the ability to manage multi-ethnic, multi-geography teams.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to corporate environments.
- Strong customer orientation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
