Hands-on understanding of software development, testing, and cloud technologies.
Experience with fixed-price engagements, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
Familiarity with IT outsourcing models and commercial engagement frameworks.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and productivity improvement techniques.
Experience participating in RFPs, bid processes, and vendor transitions.
Soft Skills / Leadership
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with senior client stakeholders.
Ability to present reports and articulate project status in senior management forums.
Strong team player with the ability to manage multi-ethnic, multi-geography teams.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications in project management/Agile are preferred.
