Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairing of air-conditioners.
• Perform on-site testing of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Recommend preventive measures and provide resolutions to technical problems.
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to service partners.
• Assisting team lead in planning daily manpower schedule.
• Answering customers' enquiries or responding to feedback via phone, email or on-site.
• Handle work process procedures on spare parts, billings, job sheets closing and report preparation.

Your Skills

• Excellent customer service skills in resolving customers needs.
• Good knowledge of ACMV, HVAC, Home Electronics.

Your Profile

• Possess a Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• A valid Class 3 driving license is advantageous.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various environmental conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive learning attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
