Requirements
- Plan and manage mechanical works, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Attend project meeting, occasionally
- Perform design and analysis for mechanical engineering works.
- Review shop drawings, and as-built drawings
- Conduct site inspections and ensure that mechanical works comply with project specifications and quality standards
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to avoid delays
- Ensure all mechanical works adhere to safety regulations and codes of practice
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Entry level / with experience in mechanical project management or coordination
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and their integration in projects
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge in local building codes and safety regulations
