Senior BIM Modeller (Fire Protection Systems Contractor)

Our client, a well-established fire protection system contractor with over 15 years of expertise in Singapore's building industry, is highly regarded for providing comprehensive, one-stop solutions for both civil and building projects.

To support their expanding portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Senior/BIM Modeller with a passion for technical work, compliance, and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key contributor in preparing BIM models, shop drawings, and detailed building drawings in alignment with project discussions and requirements.
• Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors and engineers to ensure timely delivery of drawings within established deadlines.
• Address and resolve issues raised by contractors or clients, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Participate in client meetings to gain a clear understanding of their requirements and expectations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum tertiary education with min 3 years of relevant experience
• Revit (MEP) & AutoCAD software & Mechanical Services knowledge is a MUST
• Able to read & understand technical drawings and translate to concepts.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, able to work independently
• Experience in Fire protection systems is an Advantage.
