Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Singapore team. You will work closely with Sales and Product teams to engage with prospects, understand their IT challenges, and demonstrate how our solutions deliver measurable value. You will play a critical role in bridging technical expertise with business outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical pre-sales activities including product demos, proof-of-concepts (PoC), and solution presentations.
• Understand customer IT environments, business objectives, and pain points to design tailored monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical queries.
• Provide expert advice on IT infrastructure, applications, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Support customers during pilot deployments, ensuring successful PoC execution.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions.
• Deliver technical training and workshops for customers and partners as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, network, or application monitoring environments.
• Strong understanding of servers, networks, storage, databases, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools or IT Operations Management solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Consultative mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and support teams.
• Experience in scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for monitoring tasks.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Cisco, ITIL) are an advantage.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, telecom, or technology sectors.
