JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation, configuration, testing, and support in IT system implementation projects.
• Manage IT operations, including managing servers, Active Directory, backups, virtualization, storage, and other infrastructure-related tools.
• Understanding the customer's system architecture and design.
• Perform on-site for system troubleshooting.
• Manage and follow up with IT vendors on IT service level delivery, infrastructure/hardware issues.
• Collaborate with the IT vendor on project implementation.
• Able to work within tight timelines with good prioritization skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT infrastructure.
• Effectively administer Windows Active Directory, Symantec Endpoint Protection, VMware, Veeam Backup, SolarWinds, and Ivanti.
• Hands-on experience in managing Linux Server and Windows Server.
• Good technical skill in LAN/WAN, configuration , troubleshooting server, storage , and tape library hardware knowledge.
• Knowledge of networking (Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco switch, router, and firewall.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.

WORKING HOURS

Mon - Fri 8.30 am - 6 pm
