About our group:

Media Industrial Engineering (IE) team is responsible for factory capacity as well as capital planning to support recording media operation (RMO) in Johor Baruh Seagate and Woodlands site. The team is part of a bigger worldwide operations planning team.

About the role - you will:

• Lead the project to help organize, digitalize, transform main area on IE capital planning automation, optimization, visualization.
• Take ownership for planning and executing the factory's capital and layout.
• Maintain and keep the factory capital and layout up to date.
• Regular communication with factory functional departments to keep planning parameter updated.
• Support IE manager to compute, understand & submit the regular factory budgetary plan and long-term factory plan.
• Support internal and external IE members to achieve overall IE business and objectives.
• Aligning and executing to the company/IE organization priority metrics.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Skills of database management, data processing and automation, Python skill are preferred, Optimization programming skill is optional to have.
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Teamwork and self-motivated.
• Positive and optimistic.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Flexible and excellent in time and task management capabilities.

Your experience includes:

• Minimum 7 years of working experience in industrial engineering and manufacturing planning domain.
• Proven ability to perform data analysis.
