Job Description

Internal Quality
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, standards, and specifications
  • Conduct internal audits, process checks, and root cause analysis to ensure compliance with quality management systems (ISO/IATF or equivalent)
  • Monitor production processes, identify quality risks, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and support process improvements
  • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and non-conformance documentation.

Customer Quality
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer quality issues, complaints, and audits
  • Investigate customer-reported issues, coordinate root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions using problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone)
  • Prepare and submit quality reports (PPAP, FAIR, CAPA, etc.) to customers as required
  • Ensure customer requirements are translated into internal processes and quality standards
  • Support customer visits, audits, and quality reviews

Job requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality Engineering or similar role
