Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and repair of fans and related products for customers.
• Handle a minimum of 8 indoor jobs or 6 outdoor jobs per day.
• Accurately diagnose, service, repair, and maintain products to ensure optimum performance.
• Conduct testing and inspection of finished goods before delivery.
• Monitor and review product performance/quality and provide feedback to the Technical Director on any performance issues with suppliers.
• Deliver professional, responsible, and customer-focused service for all installation and repair works.
• Assist in responding to technical service requests from project clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Director and/or management.
