Roles and Responsibilities

• Technical and Sales support role

• Provide technical support to Asia Pacific end users, customers, and distributors

• Provide support to RMA issues relating to defects from customers and distributors

• Coordinate failure analysis on the defect detected by the customer and distributor

• Correlation works between internal and external customers and distributors

• Working closely on conducting acceptance tests with the technical department in head office

• Support marketing activities such as production of marketing collateral ie company catalogue/brochures/presentation materials, etc

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least an ITE or Diploma in Electrical and Electronic or a relevant background

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field

• Fresh diploma with internship experience can apply

• Knowledge of Power Supply, components, and related technology will be an added advantage
