Role Overview:

This role supports the production of high-reliability electronic components used in mobility and connectivity systems. It involves hands-on technical support, process stabilization, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Manage and track spare parts inventory for production tools
• Collaborate in problem-solving sessions and contribute to root cause analysis
• Assist engineers in equipment evaluations and development activities
• Support setup and commissioning of new production lines and equipment
• Participate in ongoing improvement projects to enhance process efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / Higher NITEC in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (day/night) and perform overtime when required (Working hours for the day shift: 7.30 am to 5.03 pm / 2nd shift :1.30 pm to 10.38 pm / 3rd shift :10.30 pm to 7 .38 am from Mondays to Fridays)
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 or QS 9000 standards is advantageous
• Training provided for candidates with no experiences
