Job Description

• Lead & Inspire: Manage and develop a team of engineers overseeing the operation and maintenance of electrical distribution network, substations, and SCADA systems.
• Ensure Reliability: Drive safe, efficient, and compliant operations across HV/LV electrical systems, including smart building services and UPS infrastructure.
• Solve Complex Challenges: Take charge of power equipment breakdown investigations, troubleshooting, and restoration works to maintain uninterrupted port operations.
• Deliver Projects End-to-End: Oversee project lifecycles from design and specifications to implementation and commissioning, ensuring alignment with statutory requirements.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with Licensed Electrical Workers (LEWs), M&E teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape the future of electrical systems.

The Successful Applicant

• Qualifications: Professional Engineer (PE) in Electrical Engineering or Licensed Electrical Worker (Grade 8/9 ≥1kV).
• Experience: At least 8 years of strong hands-on experience in HV and LV distribution networks, substation systems, or critical building services.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead engineering teams in high-stakes operational environments.
• Mindset: A problem-solver who thrives in complex, large-scale infrastructure with a passion for safety, reliability, and innovation.
• Commitment: Willingness to perform site-based operations, maintenance, and commissioning.
