• Proactive and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Highly motivated with the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
• Passion for customer service, with prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially in a multicultural work environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel for overseas assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and conduct site surveys when necessary.
• Develop detailed designs and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Plan and schedule project activities in alignment with contractual timelines.
• Coordinate the delivery of goods with suppliers and warehouse teams.
• Manage daily project operations and resolve any arising issues.
• Communicate with customers regarding plan approvals, work progress, issue resolution, and project updates.
• Participate in site meetings and inspections, providing regular progress reports and monitoring schedules.
• Prepare and submit monthly project reports to the Project Manager and customers.
• Facilitate project handover to customers, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
