Job Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Senior / Production Maintenance Engineer.
- Able to perform the purification process of hydrogen peroxide and its related activities.
- Able to perform the mixing of ammonium hydroxide process and its related activities.
- Able to perform the process facilities operation and its related activities.
- Able to conduct process maintenance operations and its related activities.
- Arranged manpower and work utilization, lead staff during maintenance operation on related equipment and instruments
- Ensure that all related operation, processes, equipment, instruments, and facilities are performing within stipulated standard and in line with acceptable quality and safety levels.
- Conducts arrangement for preventive maintenance, calibration, and other related activities for the above-mentioned operations.
- Ensure that all related equipment / instruments are within prescribes inventory threshold.
- Carry out review of the process for continual improvement and able to conduct statistical process control parameters.
Job Requirement
- Preferably with at least 2 year working experience in process maintenance manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge on Auto-CAD is preferred
