Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical consultation and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, recommending and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Offer technical support and assistance related to computer systems, software, and hardware to both internal teams and customers.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, guides, and manuals to support users and team members.
- Assist in product certification processes and manage renewals to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Support the company's warranty entitlement and claims system, ensuring smooth processing and resolution of customer cases.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent field from a recognized institution.
- Relevant hands-on experience in technical support, IT systems will have added advantage.
