Responsibilities:

• Delivering expert technical support and innovative solutions in the application of catalysts, driving sustainable growth and ensuring customer satisfaction in the ASEAN and South Asian regions
• Collaborate with chemists and engineers to develop optimal technical designs for catalysts.
• Provide professional services to catalyst customers, including supervision of catalyst filling and plant start-up.
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct onsite measurements to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Create comprehensive performance warranty offerings.
• Provide expert consultation on catalyst applications and performance optimization.
• Prepare and update operational manuals and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in the chemical industry with at least 3 years in chemical plant operations.
• Experience in catalyst technology is desirable.
• Open to travel 40-50%
