A leading IoT solutions firm is seeking a Field Support Engineer focused on IoT and embedded hardware systems to join their team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct routine upkeep and inspection of deployed hardware to ensure everything is field-ready
• Support the setup, testing, and deployment of IoT systems during field trials and demonstrations
• Follow structured testing and validation protocols to ensure devices function as intended
• Collaborate with end users or project stakeholders during installations and support
• Maintain clear documentation of procedures, testing outcomes, configuration changes, and maintenance logs

Experience and Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Comfortable working hands-on with electronics using tools such as soldering irons, wire crimpers, and hand tools
• Proficiency with Linux systems
• Able to assemble embedded systems using connection diagrams or design setups independently
• Familiar with basic electronics testing using a multimeter and oscilloscope
• Exposure to firmware or debugging interfaces like JTAG, UART, or serial consoles is beneficial
