EngineeringDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Required qualifications/experience
- Stakeholder Management: Communicating with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory bodies. Primary contact with the customer. To manage customer expectations, concerns, and requirements.
- Budget Management: Managing project budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Technical Expertise: Maintaining a high level of technical expertise in wastewater treatment and RODI technologies.
- Safety: Ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- Correctly follow communication protocol and immediately notify of any warning, abnormal activity, reading or conditions which may cause a hazard or out-of-limit production.
- Verify all reporting and documentation provided by the onsite team, including reports.
- Assist in reporting and data trending to be presented to customers.
- Maintain a high standard of safety practice on site and notify or rectify any safety concern when witnessed on site.
- To maintain 100% KPI for each month.
- Management system, managed safety programs and ensured compliance with all regulatory safety requirements.
- Developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures for WWTP & RODI operations.
- Effectively support the organization's stakeholders/users in Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008).
- To ensure the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of all related processes for TFM (WWTP & RODI) in the Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Required qualifications/experience
- Possess a minimum degree in engineering/other with at least 3 - 5 years of related work experience in wastewater plant & RODI.
- Required competency certification in Wastewater Treatment .
