EngineeringResponsibilities
• Lead the development of our technology, from proof-of-concept to industrial roll-out, particularly focusing on the reader devices and detection performance.
• Design experiments, perform measurements and simulations, and compile insights into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and partners to design and manufacture next-generation detection units.
• Improve existing technologies and develop new measurement methods to ensure top-tier detection performance.
• Provide technical training and support to clients - and be the trusted expert they rely on.
• Manage a R&D lab, guide your team's growth, and ensure projects stay on track and deliver exceptional results.
• Prepare clear, compelling demonstrations for stakeholders and potential clients.
• Oversee rapid development of POCs for concept validation.
• Report findings to management and stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Requirements
• A PhD in Physics, or a related discipline (8+ years relevant experience) or equivalent senior-level experience.
• Deep knowledge of radiation sources, spectroscopy, or reader devices.
• Experience leading cross-functional, international project teams in complex environments.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to bridge global teams.
