Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing and maintaining a safe, cost efficient and environmentally sound operation standard in compliance with company quality and safety system for a given number of vessels.

• To manage the daily operation of the number of vessels assigned to him;

• Follow up class and statutory matters and surveys;

• Arrange and follow up repairs and services;

• Visit vessel regularly;

• Review monthly cost control, prepare annual budget;

• Prepare management reports for owners;

• Dry-docking arrangement;

• Follow up purchasing and approve invoices for payment;

• Follow up onboard maintenance system; follow up reported deficiencies and non-conformities.

Requirements:

• Experience required;

• Able to start work immediately

• Have positive attitude with good communication skills

• Well versed in Microsoft office

• Able to communicate and correspond fluently with our English/Mandarin speaking client

• Minimum relevant diploma/degree
