Our client provides advanced technology solutions in electronics and IT equipment, supporting businesses with reliable products, technical services, and customer-focused innovations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales consultation and technical support, addressing customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, implementing effective solutions to resolve problems.
  • Offer technical assistance on computer systems, applications, and devices to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and knowledge base articles to support users and team members.
  • Assist in new product certification processes and manage certification renewals.
  • Support the company's Warranty Entitlement and Claim system, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on technical support experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Skilled in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
