Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales consultation and technical support, addressing customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, implementing effective solutions to resolve problems.
- Offer technical assistance on computer systems, applications, and devices to both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and knowledge base articles to support users and team members.
- Assist in new product certification processes and manage certification renewals.
- Support the company's Warranty Entitlement and Claim system, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on technical support experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
