Brief Job Description\tKey Responsibilities:
• \tProvide first-level technical support for desktop computing environment, including hardware, software, and peripherals troubleshooting
• \tFollow and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various technical support scenarios and change management processes
• \tMaintain detailed documentation of all support activities, incidents, and resolutions on designated platforms
• \tHandle user requests and incidents through email communication, ensuring proper tracking and timely updates
• \tSupport end-user computing device (EUCD) compliance and management, including asset tracking and security policies
• \tProcess administrative paperwork for IT equipment deployment, replacement, and disposal
• \tGenerate regular reports on support metrics and incident resolution status
Required Skills:
• \tStrong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
• \tExperience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems
• \tExcellent documentation and administrative skills
• \tGood communication skills in both written and verbal English
• \tAbility to work independently and follow established procedures
• \tBasic understanding of IT security practices and compliance requirements
