Job Responsibilities:

• Planning / Assigning sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
• Supervising & Managing of Subcontractor to carry out maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine checks, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading/improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning.
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate a service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solutions to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point
