Preventive Maintenance

• To conduct preventive maintenance in accordance to the standard maintenance checklist
• Provide logistical support, ensuring an acceptable quantity of spare units
• To ensure all system documentation is up-to-date
• Network Matters

Corrective Maintenance

• To conduct corrective maintenance timely in accordance to SLA
• Attend to fault cases referred by the helpdesk
• Provide update of system status to the relevant parties
• Provide 24/7 support for critical cases to meet customers' operational requirements

Ad-hoc works

• Installation/Removal of equipment from boat or vehicle
• Implementation of additional hardware/software testing
• Software patches update

Requirements:

• Nitec or Diploma in Infocomm Technology
• Applicants with no experience are welcome to apply
• Familiar with Windows 10 and sensor systems eg. Radar,AIS,Video cameras
• Candidates with CCNA will be an added advantage
• Familiar with Government Data Centre environment (Preferred but not essential)
• Willing to perform standby (rotating team basis)
• basic computer and network troubleshooting skills
• 5 day week @ AMK (travel to site as and when required)
• Singaporeans only
