Service Engineer | Up to $4k | Diploma + Quay/Container/Yard cranes | Electrical / PLC trained | Gul Circle

Working Location: Gul Circle
Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:30pm
Salary: $3,000 to $4,000

Responsibilities:

• Commissioning, troubleshooting, on-site training & technical support on freight container handling equipment in ports in Asia, Australia, the Middle East and Africa.
• Provide feedback to designers and factory personnel on any issues found on site.
• Proposals for new features and enhancements on equipment in service & assist sales teams with compiling quotes.
• For the Middle East and Africa, the position is based in the United Arab Emirates with primary focus on the Port of Neom, Saudi Arabia.
• For Asia and Australia, the positions are based in Singapore.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent with 5 to 8 years' experience with container handling cranes or similar heavy engineering equipment.
• Good knowledge and experience in debugging PLC programs, diagnostics and electrical & hydraulic controls & feedback.
• Willing and able to travel at short notice in the region.
