Position: Process Engineer

Location: Riga, Latvia (Capital City of Latvia - Europe)

Working Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Salary & Benefits:

• EUR2600++ (Depends on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily production activities of secondary process, working with the PPNC daily production schedule.
• Work with the Engineering team to ensure the timely launch of new products
• Develop Process Parameters, Fixture Tooling and Process Controls for production parts
• Provide documented procedures for buy-off on new/transfer molds prior to mass production release
• Ensure that yields and cycle time are in accordance with the BOM standard
• Work in a cross-functional group to coordinate with all process-related issues (including sample build)
• Investigate and implement solutions on process or material-related problems
• Execute productivity program such as process automation, tooling and fixture fabrication/improvement, etc.
• Review and provide Corrective Action Report promptly to all customers on customers' complaints and monitor/follow-up on all quality issues related to the assigned customer's product
• Provide rework instruction to non-conformance product; Initiate action to prevent recurrence through proper documentation of process instructions, root cause analysis, process flow chart, FMEA, Control Plan, etc; Update and review these documents on a timely basis
• Drive for continuous improvement projects. Maintain the effectiveness of the Food Safety Management system through the understanding of cGMP
• Provide after-sales support to customers and champion in-house activities to meet customers' requirements
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior
• Responsible for daily production activities of secondary process, working with PPNC daily production schedule.
• Continue improvement plan for production manpower or quality issues.

✅ Requirements:

• Diploma or related technical cert
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a MUST
• Possess knowledge of the injection molding process and robotic arms will be advantageous
• Willing to be relocated to Riga, Latvia
