Position Overview

Technician assists the Senior Technician and Duty Engineers in carrying out the shift duties smoothly. Duties include repairing and maintaining of all areas of the hotel and long stay unit facilities to ensure proper function of Hotel facilities, machinery and equipment.

The Role

• Promptly attend to all maintenance requests and resolve the defect.
• Maintain proper documentation and tracking of reported defects and job completion
• Attend to defects and breakdown
• Attend to guests requests on maintenance matters
• Maintain the hotel facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintains maintenance inventory
• Follow specific procedures in operation drills
• Protect company assets
• Protect privacy of guests and colleagues
• Comply with quality assurance standards

Talent Profile

• Certificate in electrical, mechanical or other related major discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in engineering facilities maintenance
• Technical training in electrical/ plumbing
